Old Jail in Jourdanton

I love this picture of the old red brick jail in Jourdanton. It was built by H. Phelps, who also built the county courthouse, and is still standing. It was completed in 1915. The cells on the third floor are intact and the gallows for hangin is in the south west corner of the building.
